Squad Registration Form

Please supply accurate contact details for every team you are registering. In particular a mobile number is essential. We will be creating accounts for team managers to register players online and update results directly to the website by text. You may nominate a maximum of 2 contacts per team. We will text these contacts directly for you in the event of fixture cancellations.
